    3. Contact details, in particular email, company, sector of occupation and work position, phone number and address

    During the creation of an account, the User may also provide, optionally and voluntarily, his / her telephone number, photo and profile on the LinkedIn social network.

    The creation of an account is necessary for providing certain services for which it is necessary to be registered, for example to participate in the forum. We will keep your account details for as long as you actively use it. After a period of 1 year of inactivity, we will delete your account.

    The legal basis for the processing of this personal data is the consent that Users give us when providing their personal data for registration and account creation.

  • C. Newsletter and commercial communications

    If you subscribe to any of our notification or messaging services, we will use the email address provided by the User to provide the service.
