Approach

Approach

Our work model

Sustainable, replicable, scalable, and transferable.

Through fieldwork, we identify the needs and barriers to healthcare access. Using scientific research and developing innovative products and tools, we implement solutions that contribute to the development of public healthcare policies, aiming for real impact in people’s lives.

Identification

Whether at the request of affected individuals or through situational analysis, we identify the barriers that hinder people’s access to diagnosis and treatment of neglected diseases or broader health issues. This process includes identifying relevant stakeholders and local partners to ensure the sustainability and transferability of the project.

Research

Based on the initial diagnosis, we design research strategies tailored to each specific context. This step involves setting objectives, selecting technologies and methods for intervention and analysis, and planning activities to promote sustainable and effective solutions. To achieve this, we assemble multidisciplinary teams, comprising either internal members or external partners.

Innovation

The development of innovative tools and products, such as new diagnostic techniques, pharmaceutical formulations, and cutting-edge technologies, allows us to address complex global health issues. Additionally, our ability to connect key stakeholders from industry, academia, non-governmental organizations, and governments allows us to integrate different sectors and promote comprehensive approaches that incorporate all perspectives.

Implementation

During the implementation phase, we take our strategies to the field, conducting proof-of-concept tests and adjusting our approaches based on results and evaluations. Compiling everything we learned from this, we design and scale replicable and sustainable intervention models.

Impact

Finally, we evaluate the impact of our interventions using clear and measurable indicators, both quantitative and qualitative, which enable us to assess the resulting benefits and evaluate transformations in the lives of the individuals we work with. Additionally, we publish our findings in scientific journals to contribute to knowledge generation and promote scientific discourse.
