With tangible impact

With tangible impact

Local action with a global impact

We contribute to public policy development with field experience and scientific evidence

Local Partnerships

At Mundo Sano, we establish agreements with national, provincial, and municipal organizations, which are crucial for carrying out our field actions. These collaborations enable a tangible impact on the communities we work with, aligning our efforts with the specific needs of each area.

We have signed agreements with a wide variety of institutions, ranging from health ministries in countries such as Argentina, Bolivia, and Ethiopia, to municipalities like Almirante Brown in Buenos Aires and Asunción in Paraguay. Our partnerships also include academic institutions such as the University of Buenos Aires, Central University of Venezuela, and Bahir Dar University in Ethiopia, as well as key health sector organizations like the Royal Academy of Medicine and Surgery of the Region of Murcia in Spain. Additionally, we have agreements with other Spanish organizations and institutions, including the Ministry of Health of the Community of Madrid, the Carlos III Health Institute, Ramón y Cajal University Hospital (Madrid), La Paz University Hospital (Madrid), and Vall d’Hebron Hospital (Barcelona).

International Alliances

We actively participate in a broad and diverse network of partners to promote cooperation between countries, identify best practices, and disseminate scientific evidence to improve access to health for the most vulnerable populations.

We have maintained official relationships with the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) since 2016 and an alliance with the World Health Organization (WHO) since 2017. We are the only Latin American organization that is a member of Uniting to Combat NTDs, an alliance promoted by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and founding partners of the Chagas Coalition. Additionally, we are part of Children Without Worms. Since 2021, we have been a Technical Unit of the Ibero-American Initiative “No Baby with Chagas,” which includes eight member countries of the Ibero-American Secretariat (SEGIB). In 2022, we renewed our partnership with the Drugs for Neglected Diseases Initiative (DNDi).

We believe in a collective approach to health

At Mundo Sano, partnerships between the public and private sectors are key to our management. These collaborations enable us to combine resources, knowledge, and experiences to achieve innovative and sustainable solutions. We recognize that the scale of public health issues requires a collective effort, where the involvement of all stakeholders is crucial for success.
